Clearly a standout game from Steve and Damo getting big scores with the bat
and keeping the bowling very tight. Also some great work (which we've come to
expect) from Steve behind the stumps.
The statistic which impressed me the most was our total extras conceded -
just 16 runs. That's an average of one loose ball per bowler - which is what we
should each be aiming to stay under.
I was a bit gutted at my batting - I got out twice, which triples my outs for
the season!
Chan must have been thinking about the fact we had only seven players,
because he managed to bat badly enough (-14) to get put in again and then get a
good score (9), also to bowl badly enough to be asked to bowl again and then
bowl tightly!
While it ended up being one of our better batting performances in recent
times, they also managed to score 101 against us which is more than we usually
concede. Still, they were better than some of the sides we've played recently -
so well done on the win guys!

Yeah, what a game... I had to do my little "hah tricked u suckkers" trick to
get to bowl and bat and make em pay, plus we were short one player, so it all
came nicely to plan.. next up is Cory's which we lost our last seasons final
to.. so it will be time to get our selves organised and give em a fight that
they wont forget.. and of course win!!!
Actually if we had that extra man they wouldn't have made 101.
