No Outs for Chan - well done!

Nice to get off to a positive start. As Bart says - no outs to Chan - it sticks out like Dogs whatsits. Well done that man. Running was sound as well.
Steve and Paul took a few overs to sort out their running, and posted a good 31 for their quad.
Si and Katene had never batted together before, but got things sorted for a gritty 17.
D+G had a shaky start, but clearly chose the right players to bowl again, pillaging 43 of their 46 runs of the last two overs.
Good energy in the field - we took most of the chances that came our way. Quite a few run-outs. Good all round performance bowling and fielding-wise, though two overs stand out.
Shoutout to Steve's clutch over in the 8th, when he bowled -9 to snatch the quad and put the pressure back on the opposition.
Shoutout to Damo's closing over which started too tight, putting the pressure back on the batsmen to hit. The first wicket haemmoraged the situation, and D kept firing in quick deliveries.
7-1 win, I guess we'll need to see where that leaves us on the table.

Interesting to note:
DHMT had conceded less runs than any other team in our grade, and scored less - http://www.getteamresults.com/action2/points.php?sport=19&grade=760&place=7
As such, interesting it was such a high scoring game.
Interestingly, we've scored more runs than any other team, and after this will have the best runs for/against out of any team. Those close loses have hurt us in the placings.
